Dr. Bill Moss is also a trained meditation teacher and energetic healer. He leads weekly meditations every Thursday night from The Center at Keystone, located below Keystone Specific Chiropractic Center (entrance from the back parking lot).
The Max Meditation System is a simple and effective way to meditate.
For the beginner, the techniques utilized are so effective that it will amaze you with how easy it is to meditate. For the more experienced meditation practitioner, this system can enhance your existing practice!
This system was developed by Modern Mystery School Founder Gudni Gudnason, Max meditation System is a complementary blend of methods learned from prominent teachers from India and Tibet. Max Meditation is designed to teach you how to get the most out of your meditation practice. Max Meditation is a 5 step process consisting of:

2. Passive Meditation
3. Active Meditation
4. Guided meditation
5. Reintegration
